PURPOSE:To reduce the cost of reinforcing work by a method in which an anchor having a wing at its tip portion is penetrated into the ground, the wing is opened under the ground, and a grout is packed into the surrounding area of the wing at least for covering. CONSTITUTION:An earth anchor 4 with a wing 3 is penetrated into the lower hole 2 of a retaining wall 1 and slightly pulled out, the tip of the wing 3 is penetrated into the ground, and the earth anchor 4 is further strongly pulled out to open the wing 3 into an umbrella form. A grout 5 is injected from the outside to cover the surrounding area of the wing 3 and solidified to form an anchor body 6. |
