PURPOSE:To enable to turn a cross-shaped arm frame automatically and to achieve saving of natural resources, by turning the cross-shaped arm frame while displacing the moment of rotation to one side of a support frame in a prime mover in which a balance tank is attached to the top of each arm of the cross- shaped arm frame supported on the support frame. CONSTITUTION:Until an arm frame 4 is turned from a vertically upper position to a vertically lower position via the left section, a brake plate 20 is retained by an iron piece by energizing a magnet 19 attached to each arm frame 4, and a tank 8 of a balance tank 13 is held in the same direction as the arm frame 4 by unlocking a gear 17. On the other hand, until the arm frame 4 is turned from the vertically lower position to the vertically upper position via the right section, the brake plate 20 is set free on the contrary to the above. Further, with the gear 17 being locked, the tank 8 is turned clockwise to the arm frame 4 turned in the direction shown by an arrow. A shaft is turned by shifting the center of gravity vertically upward through upward movement of a float 9 in the tank 8 and turning the left-side arm frame 4 downward under its own weight. |
