The subject of the invention concerns especially the technical field of building and more particularly insulation means. According to the method, an insulating support panel 1 made of closed cellular material at least one of whose faces has microperforations, microroughnesses or other suitable treatment for roughening the said face 1a is used; the rough face is coated with a layer of hard plaster 2; the plaster coating 2 which adheres to the rough face of the insulating support is dried.
