PURPOSE:To reduce the cost of reinforcing work by a method in which an earth anchor having a wing at the tip of its pulling tool is inserted into a guide pipe, both are moved to pulling direction in opposite order to open the wing outwards, and a grout is injected to cover the wing. CONSTITUTION:A wing 3 is folded toward a supporting plate 2 side, a downwardly turned earth anchor 7 and a guide pipe 11 are inserted into a lower hole 22 piercing a retaining wall 21, a pipe 11 is pulled out until the wing 3 is exposed, and the wing 3 is expanded until it collides on the wall of the hole 22 by its own weight. The wing 3 is held at a position where the tip of the pipe 11 contacts with a sloped face 6, and then penetrated into the ground by pulling the pulling tool 1. Furthermore, the pipe 11 is pulled out, the plate 2 is moved outwards by pulling the pulling tool 1, a grout 23 is injected under the condition that the wing 3 is opened while excavating the ground, and the wing 3 is covered to form an anchor 24. |
