PURPOSE:To prevent the opening edge of a disk from breaking in case of incomplete disk insertion by providing a shaft which is rotated by an operation lever with a pin which engages a lock lever in case of incomplete disk insertion and stops the rotation of the shaft. CONSTITUTION:The shaft 10 rotated by the operation lever above a disk insertion port 25 is provided with the pin 24, and a spindle 28 is provided with a lock lever 30 which has a cam 30b and an engagement part 30c. When a disk 5 is inserted into the insertion port 25 incompletely, the cam 30b of the lever 30 abuts on the top surface of the disk 5 and the pin 24 engages the engagement part 30c to stop the rotation of the shaft 10. When the disk 5 is inserted completely, the lever 30 is rotated by a spring 29 and said engagement is released to make the shaft 10 free, putting a collect mechanism, etc., in operation. Therefore, the disk opening edge is not clamped improperly in case of incomplete insertion and prevented from breaking. |
