PURPOSE:To obtain a nonaqueous-electrolyte solute consisting of the lithium salt of a hyperacidic base by dissolving the Na or K salt of a base in an organic solvent, then subjecting thus prepared solution to ion exchange through a cation exchange resin of the lithium ion type. CONSTITUTION:A salt such as NaPF6 or KPF6 is dissolved in an organic solvent such as 1,3-dioxolan. Next, thus prepared solution is subjected to ion exchange through a cation exchange resin of the lithium ion type so as to obtain organic solvent solution in which pure LiPF6 containing no acid impurity is dissolved. By manufacturing a lithium battery by using thus obtained solution as electrolyte, deterioration in battery performance caused by the contamination of impurity can be suppressed. |
