PURPOSE:To provide a device with which the putting in/out of a casting mold and the application of oscillation thereon are all automated by lowering a supply table having a roll group provided with roll guides at the front and rear to fix the casting mold on a base plate supported by an oscillation table and oscillating the molding sand thereby packing and strengthening the sand in the casting mold. CONSTITUTION:A base plate 6 which rides on guide rolls 3 and is positioned on a supply table 7 having a roll group 8 is supported by the stanchion group 14 of an oscillation table 11 as the table 7 is moved downward by the discharge of air of a pneumatic spring 8. The casting mold 5 on the plate 6 is clamped and fixed by means of a clamping device 15 and clamping bar 18 provided to the table 11. The mold 5 is oscillated by an oscillatory motor M whereby the molding sand in the mold is packed and strengthened. The clamp is released and the table 7 is moved upward to eject the plate 6 onto guide rolls 4. The feeding, squeezing and delivering of the casting mold are thus automated and working efficiency is improved. |
