PURPOSE:To improve productivity while preventing flashing by incorporating a mechanism for absorbing pressure to dies for die casting and absorbing the impact pressure when the charging of a molten metal ends. CONSTITUTION:The molten metal charged into an injection sleeve 13 is charged at a high speed in the product part A in dies upon advancing of an injection plunger 12. When the charging of the molten metal ends, an impact pressure is acted on the molten metal in the dies by the inertia weight of the injection plunger system. An impact pressure absorbent material 10 packed in the cavity on the bottom side of a piston member 9 is compressed in this stage, whereby the impact pressure of the molten metal in the dies is absorbed. A similar effect is also obtd. by providing the member 10 via the member 9 on the bottom side of a runner 7. |
