PURPOSE:To apply the method to the observation of the actual status of the routes of transmission lines and the like, by preparing the continuous picture along the routes at an approximately constant speed, producing the original pictures and the copied pictures, and displaying the pictures simultaneously and continuously with a time difference causing parallax being provided. CONSTITUTION:Continuous vertical photographing is performed along the route 11 of a transmission line by a video camera at a constant height H and a constant speed V. Two cathode ray tube devices are arranged at the right and left positions. Either of the continuous pictures of the original video tape or the copied video tape are reproduced and displayed on either of display devices. The other pictures are reproduced and displayed on the other display device. At this time, the reproduction of the other video tape is delayed from the reproduction of one video tape by the time difference that causes parallax. The continuous pictures are viewed through a stereoscope. Then the image, which is the same as the image of the real body observed from a point directly over the body along the route of the transmission line, can be seen. The present status of relationship between the heights of trees and the transmission line and the like can be accurately grasped. |
