PURPOSE:To assure effective cooling function and inflamability and realize compactness by providing a heat exchanger at the uppermost area of the condensable gas at the area nearer to the condensive gas than the mixing area of the condensable coolant gas and incondensable gas. CONSTITUTION:Since the specific gravity of incondensable gas bv is smaller than that of gas av, the gas bv mainly exists at the upper space 20 and the gas av exists at the lower space 21, and the mixed gas area 22 is formed at the interface of them. Since a heat exchanger 13 is disposed at the lower side of the mixed gas area 22 and at the upper most area of the gas av of the space 21, the gas av is cooled by the heat exchanger 25 of the excessive cooling system 26 and it becomes drops of condensable coolant and is collected in the reservoir 12. A small amount of gas av is mixed into the upper space 20 and it also drops as a droplet a1. The liquid a1 in the vessel 13 vaporized and is reduced in amount, but the liquid guide system 18 comprising a pump 17 operates and supplies the excessively cooled liquid a'1 of condensable coolant which has excessively cooled the liquid a1 within the reservoir 12 with the excessive cooling system 18 in such a manner that it overflows from the vessel 13. |
