PURPOSE:To measure correct temperature very accurately, by measuring the temperature of a heated body or atmosphere by a measuring pipe, which has a protruded opening part in a heating furnace, and computing the temperature by an operating device. CONSTITUTION:In a heating furnace 1, the following devices are provided: a body to be heated 2; a measuring pipe 3, which has an opening protruded to the inside from the furnace wall of the heating furnace; a protecting pipe 4, which is protruded into the inside of the heating furnace together with the measuring pipe 3; a detector 5, which utilizes an image sensor such as a CCD that receives radiation energy from the body 2 through the measuring pipe 3 or radiation energy from the bottom part of the protecting pipe 4; and an operating device 6 such as a microcomputer, which computes the correct temperature of the body 2 based on the output of the detector 5. |
