PURPOSE:To realize a compact constitution of a filter device with sharing of a cut-off space of a coupling capacitor by setting two dielectric coaxial resonators opposite to each other centering on a signal transmission line so that the open terminals of both resonators are set opposite to each other. CONSTITUTION:Dielectric coaxial resonators 2 are set at both sides of a signal transmission line 1 so that the open terminals of both resonators are set opposite to each other. These resonators 2 share a cut-off space 3, and plural coupling capacitors C are distributed in the space 3. The capacitor C consists of a sheet of dielectric substrate and plural capacitor electrodes. The larger the capacity of each capacitor C the closer to an input/output terminal. Thus the filter characteristics can be improved. |
