PURPOSE:To decrease a fraction defective while preventing the generation of crack by pressing a material to be worked in a liquid kept at a prescribed temp. thereby working the same at the prescribed temp. CONSTITUTION:The oil 5 in a tank 10 is fed, via a filter 15, to a pump 11, and is fed from the pump 11 through a heater 12 to the hole 7 on the lower side of an oil tank 6. The oil 5 in the tank 6 is returned through the hole 8 at the top end of the tank and a pipe 14 to the tank 10. The oil 5 is heated by the heater 12 during circulation by a circulator 9 for said oil, whereby the oil is kept at a specified temp. A die is attached in the central part of a die base 1, and a material to be worked 16 is placed thereon. Plural horizontal dies 17, 17 are freely slidably disposed radially so as to face to said material Cams 22, 22 for sliding upper dies 21, 21 and horizontal dies 17, 17 to the control direction are attached to a punch holder 20. The heat conduction to the material and the dies is made uniform by the above-mentioned method and the generation of crank is prevented. |
