PURPOSE:To wind respective layers so as to provide independently an effective flexible coating by winding inside and outside layers by reversing the directions in their sectional shape and changing the pitch or spiral winding direction in winding said layers. CONSTITUTION:When a rotary disc 19 is turned in a right direction by a motor 14 in a mechanism 7 for winding the 1st and 2nd layers, an irregularly shaped belt-like body 3 wound on a bobbin 20 forms the 1st layer on the outside circumference of a shaft 1 with the channel-shaped section of said body faced to the outside. At the same time, an irregularly shaped belt-like body 4 from the other bobbin 20 is wound thereon at a delay of half pitch with the channel direction faced to the inside, thereby constituting the 2nd layer. The shaft 1 wound thereon with the 1st and 2nd layers arrives at the winding section in a mechanism 8 for winding the 3rd layer, where a turning disc 23 turns in a left direction and the metallic belt materials 5, 5- on bobbins 25, 26 are wound on the ouside of the 2nd layer at the pitch larger than for the 2nd layer. The shaft 1 is further fed through a pipe shaft 13 to a mechanism 9 for winding the 4th layer where metallic belt materials 6, 6- are wound similarly toward the left, thereby forming the 4th layer. |
