PURPOSE:To decrease pulsation of discharge flow and to reduce consumption of power, by a method wherein a bimorph vibrator is used in a vibrating part for sucking and forcibly feeding liquid, and the liquid is forcibly fed through the restoring force of a metal plate forming the bimorph vibrator. CONSTITUTION:When a half-wave rectified voltage 9 of a specified frequency is applied to a conductor 9 connected to a bimorph vibrator 1, the bimorph vibrator 1 is momentarily deformed in a concave manner, and when the applied voltage attains zero, the vibrator is restored to its original state through the restoring force of a metal plate 5 which is concavely deformed. When the bimorph vibrator is restored to the original state, a check valve 7 on the suction side is closed, a check valve 6 on the discharge side is opened, and liquid fuel present in a liquid pressurizing part 4 is gradually forcibly fed after passing through the check valve 6 on the discharge side. |
