PURPOSE:To cure a thermosetting adhesive without giving any strain, by controlling the curing time of the adhesive by a heating element embedded in the adhesive applied to a joint area. CONSTITUTION:The joint areas of two steel sheets 2 are uniformly coated with a structural thermosetting adhesive 3. A heating element 4 is embedded in the central part of the adhesive 3, and an electric current is applied to the element 4 to cure the adhesive 3. |
