A copy machine suitable for use as a toy comprises a light transparent arcuate exposure station 11 and a heat conductive arcuate development station 12 in side-by-side relationship with a flexible pressure curtain mounted between them. In use a sensitive sheet material is overlaid by the material to be copied and pressed by the curtain against the station 11 for reflex exposure and then is laid over a sheet of receptor copy paper to form a composite which is pressed by the curtain against the station 13 for development of the image on the copy sheet. The arcuate member 13 may be covered with a fibrous outer coating for equalisation of the temperature and protection of the operator.</p> |
