PURPOSE:To make the installation of a caster easy and sure, by forming the upper end of a caster shaft into a conical trapezoid whose tip is provided with a ring spring, and inserting it into a taper hole at the supported body side, while making the caster so as to stick fast to the supported body with contact pressure by the inverted conical part of a hole inmost part and the ring spring. CONSTITUTION:A taper part Ta of a caster shaft 1 is fitted into a taper hole T installed in a caster bearing 2 for a supported body 4. With this, a ring spring CS installed in a groove CL at the tip end of the taper hole T is forcibly pressed by the surface of an inverted trapezoidal part Tb set up in the innermost part of the taper part Ta so that a caster is attached to the supported body 4. With this constitution, the caster can be installed without fail in a one- touch way. |
