This rolling assembly includes, at the bottom of the door 10 in question, on the one hand, a rail 11 with parts turned back at right angles 14 and, on the other hand, a casing 21 equipped with a roller 22 with, associated with this roller 22, retention means capable of preventing it from coming off the rail 11. According to the invention, these retention means include a bolt 42 which has a width less than the distance separating the parts 14 of the rail 11 which are turned over at right angles from each other and whose length is grater than this distance and which, under the control of a control 44 available to the user, is mounted so that it can rotate between a first, stand-by, position in which it extends in length with respect to the rail 11 and a second, service, position in which it extends in width with respect to said rail.
