PURPOSE:To make uniform temperature distribution near the electrode of a heating element and near the central part thereof by providing a heat conducting body between an electrical insulating member and the rim part. CONSTITUTION:A current is conducted through a heating element 15 by closing a power switch 7, and heat is generated by the electric resistance of the heating element 15. Then, although a part near the electrode firstly generates heat at higher temperature, thermal energy firstly generated near the both electrodes reaches the central part of the heating element 15 along a heat conducting body 13 to permit temperature near the central part to rapidly rise since the heat conducting body 13 is arranged on the lower side of the heating element 15 via the electrical insulating member 14. And, when the power conduction time is elapsed, a portion near the central part of the heating element 15 also generates heat, allowing uniform temperature to be provided over the entire of a wheel. |
