PURPOSE:To enable a subscriber to apply individually a propriety control to a channel within an allowable channel range, by providing a means to a visual- aural control RAM to perform the secondary visual-aural propriety control. CONSTITUTION:An enable/disable input register 7 applies an output set by an E/D key 8 to a visual-aural control RAM4b via a switch SW3. When the SW3 is turned on with a hard key 9, the data output of a channel which is inhibited by the key 8 is inhibited even with the channel which is originally extracted out of the RAM4b in a permission mode. Therefore the inhibit conditions set by the key 8 are stored in the RAM4b. It is impossible to release the visual- aural conditions by the key 8 if the key 9 is previously released. Thus it is impossible to regard freely an inhibited channel as a permitted channel. |
