发明名称 STENCIL PAPER FOR ELECTRIC RECORDING
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a stencil paper for electric recording excellent in recording characteristics, ink resistance or the like, by using a film comprising a specified polyethylene resin, an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin, a conductive inorganic material powder and an ink resistance improving agent as main constituents. CONSTITUTION:A polyethylene resin having a density of higher than 0.930 and an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin having a density of higher than 0.930 and a melt index of smaller than 7 are mixed with each other in a weight ratio of 80:20-40:60, then 18-42pts.wt. of particulates of a conductive inorganic material such as carbon black, graphite or metallic powder and 3-23pts.wt. of an ink resistance improving agent are added to 100pts.wt. in total of the resins, and if required, a dispersing agent such as a metallic soap is added, followed by kneading to produce a mixture. The mixture is formed into a film having a thickness of 15-30mum by an ordinary film forming method. A stencil paper produced by using the film is excellent in adhesion between a recording layer and film, and generates little pungent gases at the time of electric discharge recording.
