PURPOSE:To facilitate monitoring of residual picture by changing a vertical scanning signal to a current in the different phases for each one cycle of the horizontal a scanning signal and by displaying pictures so that two horizontal scanning lines transfer keeping the specified interval. CONSTITUTION:On the occasion of displaying data signal sent from an electron probe microanalyzer on the after-glowing CRT screen, the horizontal scanning signal H has the waveform like comb-tooth in the cycle of duration T1 required for scanning once the screen 1 and the vertical scanning signal V which is changed to two current values in different phases n1 and n2 for each one cycle of the horizontal scanning signal within the duration T2 required for scanning once the screen 1. Accordingly, display is carried out so that two horizontal scanning lines 2a, 2b transfer simultaneously keeping the distance corresponding to the difference of phases n1 and n2 and a residual picture 3a is formed before the residual picture 3b disappears. As a result, monitoring can be done easily. |
