PURPOSE:To improve abrasion resistance and corrosion resistance by providing a hard coating film with high cross-linking density on a protective film formed on a metallic thin film of an optical type disc which is obtained by forming a rugged surface on a resin disc and then applying a thin metallic film on the coarse surface, and a disc surface on the side free from the thin metallic film. CONSTITUTION:A thin metallic film 2 such as Al is formed on the rugged surface of the resin disc 1 and then a coating film 3 curable by ultraviolet rays consisting of the mixture of >=1 urethane >=1 acrylates, acrylate monomers and a light sentizing agent is formed with 2-30mu thickness on the film 2 as a protective film. Subsequently, the hard coating film 4 with 1-20mu thickness if formed on the film 3 and the surface of the resin disc 1 on which a rugged layer is not formed by using an ultraviolet rays-curable coating component containing 50wt% monomer having three or more acryloyl groups. In case of a disc forming rugged surfaces on both sides, the films 2, 3, 4 are formed on both sides. Thus, the optical disc prevented from warping at its substrate 1 and having superior abrasion resistance and corrosion resistance and superior adhesiveness of a supporting body and films 2, 3, 4 is obtained. |
