PURPOSE:To permit correct hard taking-up in arranged from by driving a taking-up a web such as nonwoven fabric by applying the supporting force which is in equilibrium with a pressurizing force and the supporting force corresponding to the increase of the weight of a taking-up formation roll. CONSTITUTION:In a taking-up machine, a pressurizing roller 2 and a supporting roller 5 take-up a web S and applies the revolution output which is decelerated steplessly onto a taking-up core 1, and thus hard taking-up by center surface winder systems is carried-out. The roller 2 and the roller 5 are shifted in the direction departing from the taking-up core 1 as the taking-up diameter of a taking-up formation roller R increases. A fluid-pressure cylinder 3 which applies a pressurizing force P in the vertical downward direction is connected to the bearing part of the roller 2. A counterweight 7 applies a pulling-up force onto the roller 2 in order to offset the force corresponding to the weight of the pressurizing roller apparatus. Further, a fluid-pressure cylinder 6 for applying the upward supporting force P which is in equilibrium with the pressurizing force P is connected, and the weight of the roller 5 is pulled-up by a weight 8, and the weight of the roll R is supported by a fluid-pressure cylinder 9. |
