This panel comprises an outer plate 1 of asbestos cement or the like, an outer sheet 2 of a synthetic resin and at least one inner layer 3 of agglomerated cork, the various constituents being assembled together by means of adhesive bonding. This panel, having a decorative appearance, has excellent thermal and acoustic insulation properties.
