The condensation heating boiler consists of a water-bearing housing, which has forward and return run connections, with a combustion chamber and heating gas flues, the heating gas flues, which start from the bottom of a combustion chamber, being arranged at every point of their course with a gradient. The heating gas flues (1) are designed as heating gas flue-pipes (4) made of special steel which open into a flue gas and condensate collecting chamber (2) and are helically twisted with regard to their wall (3) at least over a part of their overall length. The water-bearing interior (5) of the housing (6) is divided into two parts (6', 6'') which are connected by jacket tubes (7) surrounding the heating gas flue-pipes (4). <IMAGE>
