<p>The method of manufacturing the conductor bundle having a metallic core (2) formed by stranded metallic conductors (3), comprises at least a final lubricant-free drawing of these metallic conductors (3), with a view to obtaining conductors devoid of traces of lubricant, to constitute the core (2) - a laying of a non-coated tape, made of a non-sticking material, onto this core (2) to constitute a separable covering (4) and a high pressure extrusion of an insulating material onto this separable covering (4) to constitute an external sheath which, together with this separable covering, penetrates into the surface contours of this core (2). The method may comprise in addition an ovalisation of the cross-section of the core (2) and/or a laying of an anti-slip element between this core (2) and the separable covering (4). <IMAGE></p> |
