PURPOSE:To braze two metallic members to extremely high strength by providing a spiral groove on the joint surface of one member and fitting the other member thereto then brazing both members. CONSTITUTION:One or plural spiral grooves 2 are provided on the inside surface of one brazing member 1 to be brazed. The other member to be brazed is loosely fitted therein and thereafter the fitted part is fastened by caulking. A brazing material 4 is set in this state and both members are brazed. The material 4 penetrates the entire region in the fitting part of both parts 1, 3 by migrating through the inside of the groove 2 whereby the two parts are brazed extremely securely. The spiral groove may be provided on the outside peripheral surface of the part 3. |
