PURPOSE:To avoided a non-safe state by applying bias voltage to a clock pulse, inputting it to an input terminal, and detecting whether its bias voltage exists or not, in a combustion controlling circuit. CONSTITUTION:When an operation switch is turned on and the ignition is not executed within a safe time, an output terminal 11b becomes H, by which a controlling circuit 30 outputs a stop signal to output terminals 6-8. Also, H is outputted to an output terminal 41, therefore, an output terminal 29a becomes H, the stop signal is held, and also an alarm signal is outputted to an output terminal 9. If a clock pulse is not inputted within the safe time, input voltage of an input terminal 3 goes to <=V1, therefore, an NAND gate 31 becomes H. In this state, a temperature of a load is attained to the same as a high temperature state, the stop signal is outputted, and the operation is stopped. |
