INDUCTION DEVELOPABLE PLASMID VECTOR OF YEAST AND METHOD FOR UTILIZING THE SAME

PURPOSE:To produce the aimed useful peptide in high yield, by using a yeast fungal vector produced by utilizing a promoter for a gene controlling yeast inhibitory acidic phosphatase. CONSTITUTION:A plasmid, containing a promoter for PHO5 gene which is a gene controlling yeast inhibitory acidic phosphatase, and capable of developing the aimed peptide gene inductively in a yeast is prepared. The yeast transformed by the above-mentioned plasmid is then cultivated under inductive conditions to produce the aimed peptide.
