摘要 PURPOSE:To enhance the productivity with an eccentric taping device, in which the center of gravity of a tape pad does not lie identical to the center of the orbit shaft, by controlling the number of revolutions of a taping head to an allowable number of revolutions in correspondence to the weight or winding diameter of the tape pad which varies during the taping operation. CONSTITUTION:In an arrangement in which a tape 13 sent off from a tape pad 2 of a taping head 1 is wound round a wire 10 traveling in the direction as the arrow being driven by a take-up device 9, the weight W of the tape pad 2 varying from time to time according to sending-off of the tape 13 is calculated. That is to say, a balance 11 shall measure the weight Wo of the first tape pad 2 while a counter 12 sense the unwinding length L of the wire 10, and the tape weight W' corresponding to this length L is subtracted by the weight Wo. The allowable number of revolutions determined in accordance with the weight W varying from time to time is controlled by reference to the orbiting number of revolutions is winding-in of the taping head 1.
