PURPOSE:To eliminate pulsation while to enable application on pressure feed of various liquid by arranging a plurality of pistons around central axis of rolling board with same interval while coupling a diaphragm for forming an oil pressure chamber and pump chamber in front of piston. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of pistons 16 are arranged around central axis of rolling board 10 with same interval while the piston 16 and rolling board 10 are coupled through a piston rod 15 and a diaphragm 23 for forming an oil pressure chamber 19 and pump chamber 24 is coupled in front of the piston 16. Consenquently pulsation of pressure fed fluid is cancelled and since the pump chamber 24 is sealed completely from the oil pressure chamber 19 by means of the diaphragm 23, it can be applied widely for pressure feeding of various liquid such as slurry, chemicals, etc. |
