PURPOSE:To make it possible to properly repair each printing head, by individually measuring the actually used time of each printing head while respectively counting a signal inputted to a driver for respectively driving a plurality of the printing heads. CONSTITUTION:Printing data inputted to an external connection apparatus 1 is temporarily stored in a buffer apparatus 2 and successively inputted to the head drivers 4-7 of a driver apparatus 3 and the drive counter 23-26 of a drive counter apparatus 22. Outputs from the drive counter 23-26 are inputted to a printing head maintenance judge apparatus 27 and the judgement of the repairing period of each of the printing heads 9-12 by each count value. |
