The hydrostatic servo steering has a control valve (105) with lines (121,125) leading to the corresponding actuators (107,108). A servo switching valve (140) has lines (128.131) leading to the actuators. Between these lines is fitted a switching valve (106) with one switching position connecting any of the lines (128,131) connectable with the control valve (105) and to the lines to the first set of actuators. In the second switching position, the lines (128,131) carry fluid according to the servo switching valve setting.
