<p>New lactoreplacer for animal feeding utilization obtained from milk and/or dairy by products and manufacturing process thereof. Lacto-replacer or milk substitution product intended to feed polygastric or monogastric animals before weaning, obtained from milk or dairy by-products, characterized in that it is partially delactosed, in that it has an active and minimum lactose ratio, one part of glucose and one part of galactose which are quantitatively higher than those which would be obtained by natural digestion of pure lactose and in that it is free of toxic and biologically stabilizing antiseptic bodies, nevertherless said product being biologically stable. </p> |
