PURPOSE:To obtain the optimum quantity of light by enclosing a tip of an optical fiber in an exposure lamp and controlling the phase of electric power supply by a light quantity signal generated by a photodetecting element. CONSTITUTION:One end of the optical fiber is enclosed in the tube body 1a of the exposure lamp by fixing the tip to almost the center part. The other end side of the optical fiber 3 is extended from the end surface of the exposure lamp 1 and led to the photodetecting element 4. The element 4 converts the quantity of light of the lamp guided through the optical fiber 3 into an electric signal, which is inputted to an exposure amount adjusting device 5. The device 5 has a comparing circuit, which compares it with a reference value to output the difference signal to a phase signal generating circuit. The phase signal generating circuit generates a phase control signal according to the level of a voltage signal inputted to the comparing circuit and outputs it to a lamp power source device 9, which controls the phase of electric power to adjust the quantity of light emission of the lamp 1 to an optimum value. |
