Low-frequency power amplifier supplied via two supplies, one positive V<+>, the other negative V<-> with a middle point, consisting of an input stage containing an operational amplifier 3 with at least two amplifying cells 1 and 2 each composed of two transistorised half-circuits symmetrically configured with respect to the plane of the earths, characterised in that it furthermore consists of a symmetrising circuit containing an intensity-coupling component 4 mounted as a coupler of intensity between the operating current of the transistors of the first cell and the operating current of the transistors of the second cell, independently of the voltages established at the output and at the input of the said symmetriser, the intensity-coupling component 4 being mounted in the circuit as element for negative feedback between two halves of the symmetrical setup. <IMAGE>
