PURPOSE:To adjust easily the phase of a subcarrier by providing the titled device with an automatic phase coupling device. CONSTITUTION:A subcarrier signal of a video signal from a television camera 30 is separated at its video signal HSY part by a sink separator 1 and taken out. The taken out subcarrier signal VHSY is compared with a reference subcarrier signal SGHSY in phase by a phase difference detecting circuit 2 and the voltage change output (difference voltage) generated by the subcarrier phase difference is supplied to a + or - pulse converter 9. The + or - pulse converter 9 sends a pulse output driving a counter 7 in the forward or backward direction in accordance with the difference volage state. The output of the counter 7 drives a multi-plexer 5, 0 deg., (0mu)90 deg., (0.07mu)180 deg., (0.14mu)270 deg., (0.21mu) are changed until their phases are matched successively, and then the matched phase is outputted from the multiplexer 5. If the phases are matched after repeating said operation, the voltage change due to the subcarrier phase difference is turned to ''0''. |
