PURPOSE:To simplify the stage for confirming the normality, by using a switch point and a time slot shift in a highway switch already used for the transmission of incoming terminal selecting information between an outgoing terminal and a control signal transmission/reception trunk. CONSTITUTION:When a terminal 1 makes a call, a time division channel (a) is assigned on a highway 2 and the call is led to switches 4, 6 of a time division switch 3. The switch 3 selects an idle time slot shift 51 to connect switch points 41, 61 by closing in synchronization with the channel (a). Further, the switch 3 closes switch points 42, 62 in synchronization with a channel (b) to connect the shift 51 to a control signal transmission/reception trunk 8 assigned to the channel (b) on a highway 7 and sets the shifter 51 to replace the channels (a) and (b). As a result, the outgoing terminal 1 transmits the incoming terminal selecting information to the trunk 8. An incoming terminal 9 is discriminated from the incoming terminal selecting information, a channel (c) is assigned on the highway 7 and the channel (b) is assigned to the incoming terminal 9. |
