PURPOSE:To prevent effectively the loss of heat energy due to heat dissipation to the outside of the device by a method wherein an infrared ray permeable plastic sheet, having a multitude of protruded protuberances which are forming independent air chambers, is provided between a heat absorbing member and the source of beams so as to contact with the heat absorbing member. CONSTITUTION:The heat medium 51 is stored in a vessel 52 having a high heat insulating property while a light absorbing composite 55, consisting of the heat absorbing member 53 and the plastic sheet 54 provided with the air chambers, floats on the surface of the heat medium 51 under holding the heat absorbing member 53 at the lower side thereof. The beams, such as the solar beams or the like, which are projected from the upper side of the sheet, permeate through the plastic sheet 54, having the air chambers, and arrive at the heat absorbing member 53, then, the heat energy of the beams are absorbed. The heat energy, thus absorbed, transfers easily to the lower part of the heat medium 51. On the other hand, the plastic sheet 54, having air chambers and high in the heat insulating property, is attached to the upper surface of the heat absorbing member 53, therefore, the heat dissipation to the upper direction of the member becomes negligible. |
