GAS ACCIDENT PREVENTIVE DEVICE

PURPOSE:To make it possible to check the operation of a gas cut mechanism with a permanent magnet from outside without disassembling the titled device by a method wherein a check mechanism is provided within the device. CONSTITUTION:A printed substrate 26 is fixed to a bottom plate 24 within a controller casing 22 and a control device including a microcomputer as an essential part thereof is arranged on the printed substrate. Further, several LEDs 27 as display means and a lead switch 13 as a detecting contact of a control circuit are also fixed and connected to the printed substrate 26. Each of the LEDs 27 is arranged at a position ascertainable through a transparent glass plate 28 serving as a display window and displays reasons for abnormality. Moreover, in order for the lead switch 13 to be operated through the permanent magnet 14 from outside of an upper casing 25, the lead switch is provided at a position inside the transparent glass plate 28 in opposite relationship with the permanent magnet in case the upper casing 25 is made of a magnetized metallic plate.
