PURPOSE:To reliably move upward a bobbin by a distance corresponding to the rotational angle of a holder, by a method wherein an interlocking lever is lowered through a cam by rotating a drive shaft, and a bobbin holder is moved upward through engagement of it with a double tooth part body to hold said bobbin holder by means of a holding arm. CONSTITUTION:When, under condition in which a drive tooth part 46a of an upwardly moving device 21a engages with a tooth part 23 to be moved, an interlocking lever 35 is further rotationally lowered through driving of a drive shaft 30, the teeth of the tooth parts 23a and 46a immediately catch each other, a following lever 45, a hook lever 46, a guide lever 52, and a link 53 are turned in a locked condition against the elastic force of a press spring 49 and a tension spring 55 to move upward a bobbin holder 14. When the lever 35 is rotationally lowered to the lowermot position and is held by a hold arm 41, the holder 14 is rotated by an angle corresponding to the amount of rotation of the lever 35, and is held in that position. This enables a bobbin 13 to be reliably moved upward from a winding roller 12 by a distance corresponding to the rotational angle of the holder 14 and to be held in that position. |
