PURPOSE:To safely and easily move a high-temperature rod vertically by incorporating left and right paired reciprocally tilting and vertically movable oil- pressure pistons in both sides, as well as a guide rail, of the gear case of a general purpose reciprocal piston driller. CONSTITUTION:In the feed gear case 2 of a general purpose reciprocal piston oil-feed system driller 1, left and right paired deformed portal bent guide rails 3, a fixing and supporting angle 4, left and right-handed paired tilting and vertically movable oil-pressure reciprocal pistons 5, a short-diameter sliding and horizontally expandible cylinder 6, a coil spring 7, a scissor type oil-pressure chuck piece 12, a W-shaped semicircular bent and horizontally and vertically movable beam 13, oil-pressure hoses 14, 22, 25, a long-diameter sliding and horizontally expandible cylinder 15 with roller, ring ball joints 16 and 17, opening and closing vertically reciprocal oil-pressure levers 18 and 20, and speed finely regulating oil-pressure valves 19 and 21 are provided. A folding portion C for moving and transporting, a vertical disconnecting metal D, and a portal strut E are also provided. |
