PURPOSE:To reduce the operational noise of a compressor remarkably by a method wherein mufflers are formed by means of providing the ribs on the periphery of lower bearing, fixing a discharging cover made of circular flat plate on the lower part of a lower bearing and encircling the mufflers with the discharging cover and the ribs of the lower bearing. CONSTITUTION:A throttle channel is formed by means of fixing a discharge value 9, providing peripheral ribs 16-1, radial ribs 16-2 and screw holes 19 on the lower bearing 14 engaged with a cylinder 2, engaging a circular flat discharge cover 18 with fixing holes 20 with the lower part of the lower bearing 14, forming mufflers 23, 24 encircled by peripheral ribs 16-1, radial ribs 16-2 and the discharge cover 18 while connecting the mufflers 23, 24 with each other through a communicating hole 17 provided on the end of said radial ribs 16-2. Therefore, the opeational noise of a compressor may be reduced remarkably since any noise sounded by a discharge valve 9 etc. is expanded in the muffler 24 after it is throttled by the communicating hole 17 from the muffler 23 and then throttled again by a discharge channel 13. |
