PIN INSERTION DEVICE FOR ELECTRICAL PARTS

PURPOSE:To enable the concurrent forming and pressing of a plurality of pins for the insertion thereof into a jig all at once by providing a holding means for holding 'n' pieces of pin in parallel and a pin insertion device for inserting said pieces into parts all at once. CONSTITUTION:A pin insertion device 9 concurrently inserts into parts 'n' pieces of pin which are so provided on a pin insertion station as to be movable vertically and indexable for turn and positioned by a jig positioning tool 8 at a lowering end holding the parts at the lower end thereof. Also, a primary drive means 7a arranges in a circular condition the jigs disposed in a straight line on the pin receiving station of an indexing cylinder 5. A secondary drive means 7b projects the jig at the pin receiving station and inserts into the jig the pins held in parallel on a holding means. Furthermore, a tertiary drive means 7d arranges the circularly arranged jigs in a straight line on the pin insertion station or succeeding stations.
