PURPOSE:To decrease a response time of an output voltage to the change in an input voltage to a change in any direction by providing a flip-flop circuit applying positive feedback to a differential input stage with a stable operation to an output stage. CONSTITUTION:When an input voltage Vin changes from high to low level, a setup time is delayed, a control signal phi changes from high to low level, an MOSFETQ11 is turned on a current I2 flows to a node (a) through an MOSFETQ8 through a constant current MOSFETQ10. Then, a positive feedback is applied from the flip-flop circuit 3 to a differential input stage 1, a level at an output node (b) is decreased rapidly, an MOSFETQ6 of an output stage 2 changes quickly from off to on and an MOSFETQ7 changes from on to off. As a result, an output voltage Vout changes from low to high level in sychronizing with the trailing of the control signal phi so as to attain quick response. This applies to the case that the input voltage Vin changes from low to high leve. |
