PURPOSE:To allow a small-capacity CPU to process a large amount of chemical information accurately and speedily by giving a specified code to the pieces of chemical information, and sorting and rearranging by the code to store in the CPU. CONSTITUTION:The itemized keyword of the pieces of chemical information 1 is formed and rearranged to set up a retrieval item, and a chemical item is registered 9 to input to the CPU10 while classified by a specified code. Simultaneously, they are stored on an information member 2 such as a microfilm with the same code to obtain a cartridge cassette 3 and to file. When a command is inputted to the CPU10 according to a necessary command code 11, an input correspondence material is taken out of the cassette 3 to project on a screen 4 and also to print out 6 on a printer 5. Thus, only the keyword, i.e. the code is only inputted to the CPU, so a large amount of chemical information is processed accurately and speedily by the small-capacity CPU. |
