PURPOSE:To judge the cause of the delay of sequence progress speedily and to prevent an error in operator's judgement and operation by monitoring the progress state of each sequence of a plant on the operation conditions of equipment and process conditions through a display device. CONSTITUTION:A process conditions by variation in the process of each plant equipment included in each sequence step is detected by a detector provided at a detection terminal and inputted to an input device in the form of an analog signal. This input signal is processed by an arithmetic device 26 and then stored in a storage device 27; and it is displayed on the display device 4 through the device 26 at the request from a plant operator. This device displays the name 28 of a system concerning a master sequence being executed at present, names 29-1-29-3 31-1-31-4, and 33-1-33-3 of plant equipments included in each sequence step of the master station. Further, the current process conditions 30-1- 31-4, 32-1-32-4, and 34-1-34-3 of the plant equipments and the progress states 35-37 of respective steps are displayed. |
