<p>PURPOSE:To offer a friction type detecting device, which has no possibility of detection inability or erroneous detection, by forming a check plate to a shape which ditribute weight equally to the left and right so that the check plate is not turned even if vibration is received. CONSTITUTION:A detecting part (b) and a balancer C of check plates 22F, 22R are divided equally as to weight of the left and right. When a reel base 20F reaches the tape end and stops, the check plate 22F stops at a position being parallel to a detecting plate 26 even when a check pin 30F reaches a stepped part of a guide hole 23. Accordingly, the movement of the pin 30F is obstructed. As a result, a trace plate 32 also stops, but a cam follower 34 on the plate 32 is separated from the surface of a cam 36, and does not follow a reset cam part. When the rotation of the cam 36 is still continued, the cam follower 34 is pushed away along the outside circumference of a rotating plate 35, and the plate 32 is also rocked to the outside. As a result, the following interlocking mechanism operates, a running direction switching mechanism is operated by driving force of an intermittent gear 40, and the running direction of a tape which reaches a terminal is switched.</p> |
